Shipping Policy
Shipping charges within continental U.S. are included with your purchase. Shipping outside of continental U.S. needs separate arrangements, so please contact Pat Pecorella directly via email: pat@ppecorella.com.
Once your order is placed and paid for, your painting will be professionally packaged and shipped via Ground with insurance. You'll receive a tracking number via email so that you can track/be updated about your shipment online. Please allow up to two weeks for your package to arrive.
Refund Policy
In the unlikely case that the painting(s) arrive damaged, please contact me immediately at 847-867-4649. I'll ask you to take photos of the packaging and the product inside and send them to me via email: Pat@ppecorella.com so I can make a claim on your behalf.
Returns other than for verified damage claims are not accepted. Requests for cancellation of orders must be made before the item is shipped.
