Description

Dry smoke led by brisket, oak, and cherries.  Sweetly smoky in the mouth, with black pepper, cayenne and barbeque flavors as well as grilled fruits, nectarines and charred plums.  A great balance of sweet and spicy, with a backbone of minerality.
