Description

Calvin and Pilar Lovato of Santo Domingo Pueblo are a husband-and-wife team making traditional and contemporary heishi jewelry made of natural stone and shell. With inspiration from nature, they carry on an ancient lapidary tradition to create their jewelry.

Award winning artists recognized at the Phoenix Heard Museum Indian show and Santa Fe Indian Market. They have a registered hallmark of a square melon shell bead that they incorporate into their design.

Shipping Policy

Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within three to five business days after you’ve made your purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your product will arrive. Our insurance requires a signature on your end when receiving your artwork. New Mexico online orders, we offer free shipping or local pick up. Sales tax is automatically applied to your order if you are ordering from New Mexico.

International orders:

For shipments outside the continental USA. Please contact us directly: contact@artisgallerysantafe.com Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes and refused shipping charges.

Damaged items upon delivery.

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package, please take a photo of the damage before you open it and then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. Email: contact@artisgallerysantafe.com

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for original fine art, such as paintings and jewelry. We do not except returns for giclee prints and gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. We recommend you should use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued upon receiving the artwork in perfect condition within 24 hours.
