Refunds or exchange of any studio or on-line store purchases within 14 - 30 days only, provided that items are in original condition.  Please note, that any jewelry pieces showing signs of wear or those that have been damaged or altered in any way cannot be accepted for refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Customers will receive a return shipping label to be placed on the original packaging for return. A $5.50 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
