Shipping Policy
Manitou Galleries ship via FedEx and freight carriers. Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping transit ranges from 2-10 business days depending on where you are located in the US. *Freight items may take longer as they require the building of a custom crate and/or box.
Refund Policy
Returns are for store credit only and require prior authorization from Manitou Galleries.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. These returns must be in accordance with the shipping and handling conditions stated below:
All eligible items returned to the store must be returned in their original, saleable condition.
Return shipping costs are solely at your cost.
Your refund shall reflect the total amount you paid for the product(s) less a 10% handling fee for processing the return. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs.
In the event of a return, the risk transfers to the gallery once it has been accepted as being in original condition. We suggest returns be insured for the purchase price of the item(s).
