EXCHANGE POLICY

Damaged items may be exchanged for in-stock items only (We do not accept returns/refunds). Please note that our women’s collection of short-sleeved tees tends to run 1-2 sizes small. All exchanges must be received within 14 days of the purchase date.To be eligible for an exchange, you must have your original receipt or order number. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, free of pet hair & lint, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start an exchange, please get in touch with us at kelly@fs2supplyco.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll notify you via email and include instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your exchange, we will notify you via email and ask you to select the item you would like in exchange. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your exchange once we receive it. EXCEPTIONS/NON-EXCHANGE ITEMS Certain types of items, including pet apparel, face masks, and custom products, cannot be exchanged. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
