Shipping Policy
Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within three to five business days after you’ve made your purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your product will arrive. Our insurance requires a signature on your end when receiving your artwork.
New Mexico online orders, we offer free shipping or local pick up.
Sales tax is automatically applied to your order if you are ordering from New Mexico.
International orders:
For shipments outside the continental USA. Please contact us directly: contact@artisgallerysantafe.com Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes and refused shipping charges.Damaged items upon delivery.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for original fine art, such as paintings and jewelry. We do not except returns for giclee prints and gift cards.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. I love this painting and will order the print soon. I have my own collection of Southwest original paintings that I’ve done through the years after my first visit to Santa Fe. I have my breakfast at Pasquals Cafe and Gallery every morning when I visit and saved the first menu all of these years. This painting – the color, the design – reminds of everything I love about Santa Fe and I can’t wait to go back.
