Shipping Policy
During the pandemic, packages are shipped out once a week. All items are securely packaged and insured, and will be replaced if damaged during shipment. (A photograph of the damage will be required.)
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, I offer an exchange or refund if you contact me within 7 days from receipt of item. You will receive further instructions at that time based on the situation. Please note that the artwork must be returned in the same condition it was received and in original packaging. In the event of a refund, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
