Please allow 3-4 days in house processing time before shipping.
Shipment Cutoff
Orders placed after 3 PM MST will begin processing the next business day.

Carriers & Methods
FS2 Supply Co. utilizes USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Express and Next-Day shipping is currently not available.
Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the items, dimensions of the package, shipping destination, and current USPS Priority Mail shipping rates.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimated by USPS and may vary depending on the city and state where package is being shipped and other factors such as time of year.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been processed and is ready to ship.
Tracking Activation
For orders placed on a business day, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active. Please allow up to 72 hours for orders placed on a non-business day.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

REFUND POLICY
At FS2 Supply Co., our goal is to create a community of loyal and satisfied customers, which we affectionately refer to as the FS2 Familia. If a damaged item is found in your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make it right.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
Damaged items may be exchanged for in-stock items only (We do not accept returns/refunds). Please note that our women’s collection of short-sleeved tees tends to run 1-2 sizes small.
All exchanges must be received within 14 days of the purchase date.To be eligible for an exchange, you must have your original receipt or order number. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, free of pet hair & lint, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start an exchange, please get in touch with us at kelly@fs2supplyco.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll notify you via email and include instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your exchange, we will notify you via email and ask you to select the item you would like in exchange. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your exchange once we receive it.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-EXCHANGE ITEMS
Certain types of items, including pet apparel, face masks, and custom products, cannot be exchanged. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
