Shipping Policy

Many products are handmade, one of a kind so expect at least a week for production and then  for delivery via USPS first class mail a little longer. If I have already made it and it is in stock I try to get to the post office quickly. Most products are shipped via United States Postal Service. Pick up is available at my studio in Santa Fe. Email for details as to your arrival and pick up. In some cases I will deliver personally to your hotel or home only in Santa Fe. Refund Policy

There are no refunds. It is possible to make an exchange especially if you received your item damaged. It must be returned for there to be an exchange.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

To exchange an item please package as carefully as it was sent to you and ship via USPS. If there was damage in shipping I will return your cost of shipping, if not, you are responsible for cost of shipping back to me and then the replaced item shipping back to you also.
