Hand-painted in Santa Fe, NM by Annette Colby original art-work on an Aspen wood slice from the mountains of Northern New Mexico with professional acrylic paint and acrylic UV sealer, black waxed leather cord, love and magic.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping in the Continental USA. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days, UPS, USPS Priority, or FedEx Shipping. After processing, packages usually take between 1 to 3 days to arrive at their destination. You will get a notification once your order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes and refused shipping charges. Damaged Items Upon Delivery If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package, please take a photo of the damage before you open it and then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Refund Policy

At Annette Colby Designs, we want you to be happy with your purchase and we will work with you to make it right. Returns are accepted for exchange only, unless defective, and must be made within 7 days of delivery at Purchaser’s destination. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us by email - Annette@AnnetteColby.com - or by calling 214.704.3417 - to arrange an exchange or refund if item was defective. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. We recommend you should use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Exchanges will be issued upon receiving the item purchased in perfect condition and shipped within 1-4 days.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, email us at Annette@AnnetteColby.com within 8 hours of your purchase and we will cancel your order and refund the amount paid. Returns / Exchanges: Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery at Purchaser’s destination. Items for exchange will only be accepted if they are in the same condition as when they were sold, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect, and in the original packaging. You will need to ship your returned or exchanged merchandise prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
