Shipping Policy

There is no charge for digital and gift certificate deliveries if they are done via the web, email, or text. Otherwise Most print orders charge an additional $20 for shipping/handling. Large canvas print orders will be billed according to the individual order. Daniel

Refund Policy

All gift certificate sales are final but can be fulfilled during the 2021-2022 (2 years) cycles. All print orders are satisfaction guaranteed or they will be remade til the customer is happy or a refund will be provided. Photo shoots: Post photography session, all photo fees are non refundable. However if a photo session is cancelled with 48 hours or more notification, a full refund will be given with some stipulations. a) If the shoot costs $750-$1000, there will be a $150 fee if the cancellation is less than 7 days.  Less than 48 hours, $250 fee. b) If the shoot costs $1000-$2500  there will be a $250 fee if cancellation is less than 7 days. Less than 24hours $500 fee.
