Please contact us with any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello@wrappedrockz.com with a reason for the return, proof of purchase, and a photo of any damaged items. Upon review and approval, items can be returned to our studio. A return shipping label will be provided for the damaged item.
Returns must include all accessories (such as gift bags) that were shipped with the original order. Items lost in transit are not the responsibility of Wrappedrockz and will not be refunded. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
