(Since we’re breaking glass and melting metal, children and pets are not allowed.)
Shipping Policy
Customer is responsible for local pick-up (free) or contact us for crating and shipment of any items purchased. Customer may request a specific carrier and/or insurance, but TLC Stained Glass does not take responsibility for breakage in shipping.
Refund Policy
100% refund available if item is returned undamaged.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Customer may cancel purchase any time before the work leaves the studio. Customer will be responsible for any materials/crating/postage purchased on their behalf.
