Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date, unless otherwise specified in writing by Turquoise Butterfly. Items for return will only be accepted if they are in the same condition as when they were sold, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. The merchandise must be accompanied with a receipt and with all tags attached. You will need to ship your returned or exchanged merchandise prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped.
