Kyanite Ring Size 8 — Handcrafted Copper Jewelry

The cool weight of blue kyanite against your skin. Deep blue stone catches the light, smooth and round, warm copper patina framing its edges. A grounding presence that reminds you to breathe, center, and speak your truth with calm when the world asks too much.

Materials & Specifications

Stone: Natural Blue Kyanite
6mm round cabochon. Deep blue tones with natural variations. Each stone is unique with its own color depth and natural characteristics. Associated with calm communication, clarity, and grounding energy.

Metal: Antiqued Copper
Rich patina finish with organic texture and depth. Celebrates the natural aging process of copper.

Band Width: Approximately 2mm (comfortable for everyday wear)

Why Blue Kyanite?

How It’s Made

Each ring is handcrafted in my small Santa Fe studio. I hand-select each blue kyanite stone for its natural beauty and deep color, then carefully set it in copper using traditional metalworking techniques. The band is shaped, soldered, and finished by hand with an antique patina that creates rich depth and character. Every piece is made with care—no mass production, no shortcuts.

Sizing

This ring is Size 8 (US sizing).

Not sure if Size 8 will fit? Use a ring you already own that fits comfortably and measure the inside diameter, or visit a local jeweler for professional sizing.

Care Instructions

Antique Copper Finish:
The patina will deepen naturally over time, creating unique character. To maintain the current finish, avoid harsh chemicals and moisture.

General Care:
Remove before swimming, showering, or applying lotions. Store in a dry place when not worn. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. The copper patina is intentional—embrace the natural aging process.

Gift Packaging

Every order arrives in gift-ready packaging with natural materials and a handwritten note card. Add your personal message in the order notes—I’ll handwrite it by hand.

Processing Time: Ready to ship in 1-3 business days
Shipping: USPS First Class with tracking included

Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unworn and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

Pieces at Blackbird & Sage Studio are handcrafted in Santa Fe, some are ready to ship & some are made to order. Below are some of the current processing times before the piece is ready to ship.
  • Ready Made items ship out in 1 - 3 business days.
  • Made to Order items ship in about a week.
  • Some Pieces are more labor intensive and require a longer production time - they generally ship out in 7 - 14 days.
 
  • Check each listing for its specific processing time.
All listings should have the processing times listed in the description. If not, please contact us at info@blackbirdandsagestudio.com and we'll be happy to help you. All orders will be shipped with an accompanying tracking number. DOMESTIC (US) ORDERS
  • Free Shipping - Orders over $50 are sent USPS First Class Ground Advantage at no charge.
  • Shipping - Orders under $50 are charged by weight. Methods and rates vary and chosen by the customer at checkout.
  • Upgraded Shipping - Available at checkout. Rates are automatically calculated by the shipping carrier so you are never overcharged for shipping.
ORDERS & ADDRESSES All orders are shipped to the address that you provide through your account/Paypal/Google Pay etc. Please verify your address carefully during checkout. For those instances where a purchase has been made but the shipping address is incorrect, please send a message to info@blackbirdandsagestudio.com or through the website's contact form ASAP. For your protection, your order will be cancelled and refunded so that you can reorder with the correct address.

The jewelry at Blackbird & Sage Studio is completely handmade, created by hand by one designer, using self taught metalsmithing techniques & raw & natural crystals. All pieces are loving crafted in a home studio with high vibration & intention. Please view the jewelry with the same intention that it was made. Any discrepancies are features that show the handmade nature & uniqueness of the jewelry rather than mistakes or flaws.
That being said, if you don't love your jewelry, & you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different size, a different product (of equal or lesser value), or a refund to the original payment method. Due to hygiene reasons, earring sales are final, they are not eligible for returns. Repairs are accepted, message us here if you need earring repair.
Once a return request has been initiated & approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to you to print & attach to your package. Whenever possible please use the original packing.
Ship back within 30 days of receipt.
We do not offer free returns. We will provide you with a USPS return shipping label. The cost of the label ($8) will be deducted from the amount that would be refunded to you.
Jewelry must be in its original condition for a full refund.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. **ALL unauthorized returns will be subject to a 25% restock fee. So please use the contact form to initiate the return process**

REPAIRS

Blackbird & Sage Studio jewelry is made with the intention to last. Therefore if you require any repairs on any piece due to failure of components or natural wear & tear then contact the store here to discuss.

Conditions of Return:

  • Returned items must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear and use
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If not in original condition up to 25% restock fee may be applied dependent on the amount of wear and tear on the piece.

Exceptions:

  • Clearance/On Sale items & Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Any Custom Sizes, Custom Orders & Gift cards
  • All earrings - due to sanitary reasons

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Email info@blackbirdandsagestudio.com or use the contact form stating you would like to exchange or return the item and include your order number
  • If approved, a return shipping label will be sent via email to the email address that we have on file for you.
  • Print out the shipping label & whenever possible, use the original packaging & return the item in its original condition.
  • Once your return is received and inspected and is approved, then your refund will be processed minus any return and subsequent shipping costs incurred by Blackbird & Sage Studio. The default return shipping fee is $8.
  • Your credit (minus the return shipping fee) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days of the package's return.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value.
There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is returned of your own cognizance without any prior communication with me.

Sale items  

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges  

I will replace items if they are defective or damaged in any way. I also offer a one time size exchange if you find you buy a piece that does not fit perfectly.
