Description

Nine raw quartz points, milky and luminous as winter light, arranged in a V and set in dark electroformed copper. Clear quartz is the most abundant crystal on earth and somehow still the most quietly astonishing, the way it holds light inside itself, the way it shifts from opaque to translucent depending on the angle. Against near-black oxidized copper, it glows. This ring was made for the ones who find meaning in clarity and want something elemental on their hands.

Clear quartz is associated with clarity, amplification, and intention. It is the birthstone for April and is connected to the crown chakra. Wear it when you need to feel focused and clear.

Why Clear Quartz

Clear quartz is silicon dioxide, one of the most common minerals on earth, formed in a wide range of geological environments from igneous to metamorphic to sedimentary rock. Its hexagonal crystal structure gives it a distinctive prismatic form, and its internal inclusions, fractures, and veils make each crystal entirely unique. These raw quartz points range from milky white to near-clear, with natural surface texture and internal character that no polished stone can replicate. It is the birthstone for April and is associated with the crown chakra, mental clarity, and amplified intention. No mystical claims. Just a beautiful mineral with a meaning that fits real life.

Raw Clear Quartz Chevron Ring: Materials & Specifications

  • Stone: Raw clear quartz crystal points, milky to clear white with natural inclusions and surface texture. Nine stones arranged in a V-chevron shape.
  • Stone size: Approximately 3-4mm each
  • Setting: Smooth organic electroformed copper bezel, copper flows around each crystal with no prongs
  • Metal: Electroformed copper with extremely dark oxidized antique finish, near-black patina in recessed areas with warm copper glints on raised surfaces

How This Handmade Quartz Ring Is Made

Each crystal is hand-selected for form and character before being set into an electroformed copper band built up around it through an electrolytic process. No casting, no molds — the copper grows directly around each stone, creating a setting that is completely unique to each piece. The chevron shape is formed by hand, and the antique finish is applied to deepen the oxidation and bring out the texture of the electroformed surface.

A Note on Stone Variation

Clear quartz is a natural mineral and each piece will vary in clarity, inclusions, and surface texture. Your ring will be similar to the one shown but entirely one of a kind.

Care

Clear quartz is relatively durable. Remove before swimming, bathing, or applying lotions and perfumes. Store dry. The antique copper finish will develop a natural patina over time, which only deepens the character of the piece. A light buff with a soft cloth will restore the warm copper glints if desired.

Gift Packaging

Ships gift-ready in natural packaging with a handwritten note card. Add a personal message in the order notes at checkout.

  • Shipping: USPS First Class with tracking.
  • Returns: 30 days, unworn, in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Pieces at Blackbird & Sage Studio are handcrafted in Santa Fe, some are made to order. Below are some of the current processing times before the piece is ready to ship.
  • Ready Made items ship out in 1 - 3 business days - these include most necklaces, beaded bracelets, ready made and ready to ship rings, & key chains.
  • Made to Order items ship in about a week - these are most rings, & some earrings & necklaces.
  • Bracelets and detailed pieces are more labor intensive and require a longer production time - they generally ship out in 7 - 14 days but check the listing for specific processing and shipping dates.
  • Processing times are generally listed in each item description.
All orders will be shipped with an accompanying tracking number.   DOMESTIC (US) ORDERS
  • Free Shipping - Orders over $75 are sent USPS First Class Ground Advantage at no charge.
  • Shipping - Orders under $75 are charged by weight. Methods and rates vary and chosen by the customer at checkout.
  • Upgraded Shipping - Available at checkout. Rates are automatically calculated by the shipping carrier so you are never overcharged for shipping.
ORDERS & ADDRESSES All orders are shipped to the address that you provide. Please verify your address carefully during checkout. For those instances where a purchase has been made but the shipping address is incorrect, please send a message to hello@blackbirdsagestudio.com ASAP. For your protection, your order will be cancelled and refunded so that you can reorder with the correct address.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@blackbirdsagestudio.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 245 Casados St, Apt A, Santa Fe, NM, 87501. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping labels incur a flat rate of $5. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@blackbirdsagestudio.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made, custom commission, sale items or gift cards. Made-to-order items from standard listings are eligible for return. Custom commissions, specific stone requests, and special orders are non-returnable. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If items from a promotional bundle are returned, the order may be recalculated without the promotional discount.   European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
