Description
This raw emerald copper cuff features three natural unpolished stones cradled in warm, hand-hammered copper, each one wrapped in bronze wire for a layered, mixed-metal detail that catches the light with quiet depth. Substantial without being heavy. Earthy without being rough. A grounding piece for everyday wear, stacked with your favorite layers or worn alone as a simple, steady anchor.
Emerald is associated with renewal, growth, and heart-centered calm. The May birthstone, worn for centuries as a reminder that new beginnings are always available.
Why Raw Emerald
Emerald is a variety of the beryl mineral family, colored by trace amounts of chromium and vanadium. Long associated with renewal, growth, and emotional steadiness. Chosen for its deep forest green color, its raw unpolished form that shows natural inclusions and organic shape, and its grounded, unhurried presence. No mystical claims. Just a striking stone with a clear meaning that fits real life.
Raw Emerald Copper Cuff: Materials & Specifications
Gemstones: Natural raw emerald, unpolished, with organic shape variations and natural inclusions. Three stones set along the band. Each stone is unique. No two cuffs are identical.
Accents: Bronze wire-wrapped details around each stone, adding warmth and mixed-metal contrast.
Metal: Electroformed copper with hand-hammered texture. Copper grows directly around the stones through an electrical process, forming an organic, one-of-a-kind structure.
Finish: Antique copper. Warm, aged patina with deeper tones that develop further with wear.
Band Width: Approximately 6 to 10mm with natural organic variation across the band.
Clasp: No clasp. Open-form cuff with a slight gap for slip-on wear.
Origin: Handcrafted in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
How This Handcrafted Bracelet Is Made
Each raw emerald copper cuff is made to order in my small Santa Fe studio. I hand-select every emerald for its color depth and organic character, then build the band using traditional electroforming techniques. Copper grows directly around the stones through an electrical process, one slow layer at a time. The band is then hand-hammered one strike at a time, creating texture and movement that no machine can replicate. Bronze wire is carefully wrapped around each raw emerald, adding warmth and detail. The antique finish deepens the character from the start. No mass production, no shortcuts. Every handmade emerald bracelet from this studio is one of a kind.
Fit & Sizing
This cuff has a slight opening that allows for gentle adjustability. Due to the wide cuff form, measure around the widest part of your hand (knuckles) when making a fist to ensure the cuff will slide on comfortably.
To find your best fit, measure your wrist and add 0.5″ for a snug fit or 0.75″ for a relaxed, comfortable fit.
Available sizes:
- XS: 5.75″ bracelet, fits approximately 5.0 to 5.25″ wrist
- S: 6.5″ bracelet, fits approximately 5.75 to 6.0″ wrist
- M: 7.25″ bracelet, fits approximately 6.5 to 6.75″ wrist
- L: 8.0″ bracelet, fits approximately 7.25 to 7.5″ wrist
Avoid repeatedly bending the cuff open and closed. Electroformed copper is solid and structured, not flexible sheet metal. Slide the cuff on from the side over the soft spot above your wrist bone, then rotate gently into place.

Care
Remove before swimming, showering, heavy activity, or applying lotions. Wipe gently with a soft cloth to maintain the antique finish. Avoid harsh polishing, which will remove the aged patina. Raw emerald is softer than polished gemstones and should be treated gently. Avoid impact. Do not repeatedly bend the cuff.
