Description
Raw turquoise in sky blue with natural matrix, arranged in a V and set in electroformed silver. Turquoise and silver are one of the oldest pairings in jewelry history, used across the Southwest, Central Asia, and the Middle East for thousands of years. This ring carries that tradition forward in a form that is entirely contemporary.
Turquoise is associated with protection, grounding, and clear communication. It is the birthstone for December. Wear it when you want something that carries a sense of place.
Why Turquoise
Turquoise is a hydrated copper and aluminum phosphate mineral, and its blue-green color comes directly from the copper in its chemical structure. It is porous, which means it absorbs oils and chemicals over time and should be cared for accordingly. It is one of the oldest gemstones in continuous use, found in ancient Egyptian, Persian, and Native American jewelry traditions. It is the birthstone for December. No mystical claims. Just a stone with deep roots.

How This Handmade Turquoise Ring Is Made
Each stone is hand-selected for color saturation and matrix character before the ring is built up around it through an electrolytic copper electroforming process. The copper grows directly around each stone, creating a setting completely unique to each piece. The chevron shape is formed by hand, then passed through the silver bath multiple times to build up a thick electroformed silver layer. The recessed areas are oxidized for contrast and depth.
A Note on Stone Variation
Turquoise is a natural stone and each piece will vary in matrix pattern, color depth, and surface character. Your ring will be similar to the one shown but entirely one of a kind.
Care
Turquoise is porous and should be kept away from water, oils, perfumes, and chemical cleaners. Remove before swimming, bathing, or applying lotions. Store dry. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners. A light buff with a silver polishing cloth will restore the bright silver surfaces if desired.
