Raw rose quartz in soft dusty pink, arranged in a V and set in dark electroformed copper. The paleness of the stone against the near-black antique finish creates a contrast that is delicate without being precious. This is a chevron ring with a quiet presence.

Rose quartz is associated with compassion, openness, and emotional ease. It is connected to the heart chakra. Wear it when you want something that feels genuinely gentle.

Why Rose Quartz

Rose quartz is a variety of quartz colored by traces of titanium, iron, or manganese into its characteristic soft pink. It is found on every continent, with notable deposits in Brazil, Madagascar, and South Africa. The color ranges from very pale blush to a deeper dusty rose depending on origin and concentration. It is connected to the heart chakra and has been used in jewelry and carving for thousands of years. No mystical claims. Just a stone with a genuinely soft character.

Raw Rose Quartz Chevron Ring: Materials & Specifications

  • Stone: Raw rose quartz, soft blush to dusty pink, natural unpolished surface. Stones arranged in a V-chevron shape.
  • Stone size: Approximately 3 to 5mm each
  • Stone count: Calibrated by ring size, typically 5 to 9 stones. Adjusted so the chevron arc sits flat and comfortable on the finger without wrapping into the finger gap. A size 7 typically carries 7 stones.
  • Setting: Smooth organic electroformed copper bezel, copper flows around each stone with no prongs
  • Metal: Electroformed copper with extremely dark oxidized antique finish, near-black patina in recessed areas with warm copper glints on raised surfaces
  • Band: Thin delicate electroformed copper band

How This Handmade Rose Quartz Ring Is Made

Each stone is hand-selected for color and character before being set into an electroformed copper band built up around it through an electrolytic process. No casting, no molds. The copper grows directly around each stone, creating a setting completely unique to each piece. The chevron shape is formed by hand, and the antique finish deepens the oxidation to bring out the electroformed texture.

A Note on Stone Variation

Rose quartz is a natural stone and each piece will vary slightly in tone and surface texture. Your ring will be similar to the one shown but entirely one of a kind.

Care

Rose quartz is a relatively durable stone. Remove before swimming, bathing, or applying lotions and perfumes. Store dry and away from prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade the color over time. The antique copper finish will develop a natural patina over time.

Gift Packaging

Ships gift-ready in natural packaging with a handwritten note card. Add a personal message in the order notes at checkout.

  • Processing: Made to order, approximately one week.
  • Shipping: USPS First Class with tracking.
  • Returns: 30 days, unworn, in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Pieces at Blackbird & Sage Studio are handcrafted in Santa Fe, some are made to order. Below are some of the current processing times before the piece is ready to ship.
  • Ready Made items ship out in 1 - 3 business days - these include most necklaces, beaded bracelets, ready made and ready to ship rings, & key chains.
  • Made to Order items ship in about a week - these are most rings, & some earrings & necklaces.
  • Bracelets and detailed pieces are more labor intensive and require a longer production time - they generally ship out in 7 - 14 days but check the listing for specific processing and shipping dates.
  • Processing times are generally listed in each item description.
All orders will be shipped with an accompanying tracking number.   DOMESTIC (US) ORDERS
  • Free Shipping - Orders over $75 are sent USPS First Class Ground Advantage at no charge.
  • Shipping - Orders under $75 are charged by weight. Methods and rates vary and chosen by the customer at checkout.
  • Upgraded Shipping - Available at checkout. Rates are automatically calculated by the shipping carrier so you are never overcharged for shipping.
ORDERS & ADDRESSES All orders are shipped to the address that you provide. Please verify your address carefully during checkout. For those instances where a purchase has been made but the shipping address is incorrect, please send a message to hello@blackbirdsagestudio.com ASAP. For your protection, your order will be cancelled and refunded so that you can reorder with the correct address.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@blackbirdsagestudio.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 245 Casados St, Apt A, Santa Fe, NM, 87501. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping labels incur a flat rate of $5. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@blackbirdsagestudio.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made, custom commission, sale items or gift cards. Made-to-order items from standard listings are eligible for return. Custom commissions, specific stone requests, and special orders are non-returnable. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If items from a promotional bundle are returned, the order may be recalculated without the promotional discount.   European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
